About MSUE
Michigan State University Extension (MSUE) is the outreach arm of Michigan State University. A highly successful initiative with over 82 branch offices providing extension services, the MSUE disseminates knowledge resources to citizens throughout Michigan. In order for MSUE to properly fulfill its mandate to citizens, it needed to have quick access to a plethora of information.

The Result
The extension portal is proving to be a critical tool in MSUE’s technology infrastructure. The single, uniform design gathering disparate data sources into a single portal interface makes for a coherent and intuitive citizen experience. The knowledge repository provides a standardized interface for accessing pertinent information. The collaboration resources are improving employee communications leading to work getting done fast, quicker, and with more input from appropriate stakeholders.
