MentorMatch
MentorMatch is an industry leading all-inclusive software application designed to meet the mentoring management needs of today's medium and large-sized organizations. MentorMatch helps organizations to coordinate, manage and establish a clear, formal process for all aspects of a mentoring program. Since MentorMatch has been designed with extensive customization features, administrators can configure all aspects of the mentoring process, enabling employees to share their knowledge and skills supported by a secure, easy to navigate, fully customizable interface.
While traditionally mentoring has occurred on a one-on-one basis, other relationship types are becoming quite popular today. MentorMatch supports all three major types of mentoring structures:
One-on-one Mentoring
- One mentor provides direct mentorship to one mentee
- Relationship built around the learning needs of the mentee
- Mentor provides advice and guidance to help mentee meet his/her developmental goals
Group Mentoring
- Collection of mentoring relationships consisting of one or more mentors and multiple mentees
- Participants can act as mentors, mentees, or in certain cases both
- Members help each other to set developmental goals and build the skills and confidence necessary to reach those goals
Contextual Mentoring
- Mentee communicates with experts who can address particular needs, rather than engaging in full-fledged mentoring relationship
- There are generally no pre-designated mentor and mentee roles
- The mentee tries to learn as much as he/she can by asking questions and sharing information

Whether your mentoring relationships are one-on-one, group, or contextual, MentorMatch enables all parties to benefit from the mentoring program.
