Competency Management through the Enterprise Learning System by Intrafinity
At Intrafinity, we understand that many professional development education systems are set up to meet specific, organization-wide goals. Whether your employees are learning to meet internal policy standards, or are being trained to achieve standards maintained by a governing body, the ELS’s Competency Management module will allow you to monitor the gains made by each individual learner from the moment they enter the system to the time when they achieve their goals.
Learning Paths/Learning Plans
Allows you to set up a detailed structure to trace the accomplishment of all educational goals. With a complete diagram of all necessary steps, both administrator and learner can better understand what is required in order to advance.
Certification Tracking
Full tracking includes requirements, expiry of current certificates, and allows for easy streaming of the right candidates into the necessary courses.
