PC desktop software designed to manage and streamline all the parts of the appraisal including Pre-Observation, Observation, Post-Obseration and Summary Report.

Web-based software which includes all appraisal forms, online calendar to track appraisal steps,  secure user logins, field level locking so teacher can only complete their sections and integrated comment banks to help speed appraisals .

The software packages are designed so data can be uploaded from the Palm Pilot to the desktop and from the desktop to the web version.
