The Collaboration Server's Workflow extension enables organizations to effectively manage their business processes. Processes are designed within the workflow's designer and then users are led step by step through each workflow process.
Walking Through a Workflow Process
The user is walked step by step through the process. The example below is a Cell Phone Ordering Process and the user is led throguh each step.
The example above is quite simple but illustrates the flexibility of the workflow engine. The first step is to fill-out the request form and once that is complete the form will be routed to the user's manager so that it can be approved.
