Member Portal
MemberBuild provides the ability to best service your organization's members. With the Member Portal, members have access to the most recent and relevant information as well as access to all of your organization's services. The Member Portal is the hub of all services that are provided to your members. Portal capabilities include:
- Keep track of upcoming events and member registration
- Soliciting participation in member surveys
- Member self-service
- Access to the association-wide notice board
- Access to the association's knowledge base
- Managing committees and their membership
Keep track of upcoming events
Users get to see information about upcoming events and do not even need to be called or emailed. By having their own events section, members can register early for the events that are of interest to them.
Member self-service
Members can see all their subscriptions and memberships and can manage them right from their own portal. Just imagine, member self-service!
Access the association knowledge base
The knowledge base can be made available to every user so that they can ask questions and respond to others' questions. Your greatest asset is your members and the knowledge base enables your association to capture the knowledge of your members.
