Membership Management
Progressive associations spend a significant amount of their time managing their members' accounts and relationships. The Membership Management module aims at streamlining the membership management aspects of an association's work by automating the most frequent and tedious tasks. MemberBuild achieves this is by enabling you to:

Assign multiple membership dues levels & discounts
All members in your association do not contribute to it in the same capacity. Some might be sponsors, contributors, individuals, organizations, and so on. MemberBuild recognizes this and allows you to assign different membership levels and to charge membership dues and offer discounts accordingly.
E-mail notification of membership registration and expiry
Send acknowledgment and welcoming email notifications to your new members immediately after their registration is approved. Also alert them well before their membership expires. With MemberBuild, you can send reminders until you receive a response.
Import and export membership data
Do you have your membership data in another datastore? Do you need to share your information or create hard copies? No problem! MemberBuild allows you to import and export your data in XML, Excel or CSV format.
Transfer account management to the account holders
You can decide what level of permissions to assign to your members so that they can manage the less sensitive but necessary aspects of their accounts. They can update their subscriptions and addresses, register for events, etc...
Search your membership directory
You no longer have to browse through pages looking for that elusive contact. Use the comprehensive search feature to quickly find information on your members, contacts and leads.
