Subscription Management
The Subscription Management module allows associations to track the products and services members are subscribed to. MemberBuild's subscription management module enables you to:
- Allow members to manage their own subscriptions
- Manage outstanding bills and send email notifications
- Modify, renew and cancel subscriptions
- Determine pricing and payment options
- Offer discounts to qualifying subscribers
- Set different membership levels
Allow members to manage their own subscriptions
Members are provided with an intuitive and yet comprehensive interface that allows them to register and pay for subscriptions without having to interact with your staff.
Manage outstanding bills and send email notifications
You can easily run a report to see which of your members have not paid their dues and send a reminder to them to that effect. Members can pay for their subscriptions and the Finance Management module will process and update their accounts.
Offer discounts to qualifying subscribers
You can offer discounts to new subscribers or regular subscribers based on their membership levels.
