Mentor-Mentee Lifecycle
MentorMatch accounts for the complete mentor-mentee lifecycle. From initial registration into the program, mentor and mentee candidates enter their profiles and required information in order for the business unit or organization to find suitable matches. Validation mechanisms within MentorMatch approve or disqualify the candidates based on criteria established at the global or business-unit level, ensuring that unqualified or ineligible mentor-mentee candidates are not processed within the system. Integrated with email systems, MentorMatch alerts participants of their status within the Mentoring program. The Smart Validation features activated through MentorMatch ensure that only eligible candidates move to the next stage of the Mentoring program, reducing operational resources needed to verify and validate the numerous candidates registering within a program.
