eLearning Process
Our process can be broken down into five precise steps:
Step One: Planning and Analysis
- We work with you to learn about your organization, corporate culture, prospective learners and identify training challenges and objectives
- We provide you with a Project Charter, Statement of Work and Project Plan
Step Two: Instructional Design
- We provide you with instructional design documents containing storyboards for all animations and Flash/interactive exercises, as well audio scripts, video scripts and graphics.
Step Three: Interface Design
- We create a course shell, screenshots of the user interface and a detailed explanation of its functionality
- You will have an opportunity to select an audio/video recording talent based on audio/video samples (if applicable)
Step Four: Development
- We create and integrate all ISD content, multimedia and interactive elements and pass the course through a rigorous quality assurance process
Step Five: Review and Implementation
- You review the course and your feedback is incorporated
