Intrafinity is committed to the success of your webcast. We conduct pre-event tests of the audio/video webcast, backup audio streams and monitor your live event from beginning to end. We offer onsite training, as well as print and web-based training services. Our talented team of industry experts will work with you to ensure that you are ready for each live event.

Equipment setup and configuration:
Prior to the webcast the MediaCast team will provide, install and configure all necessary staging equipment at the host site. We will also setup slides or other visual aids that will be used during the presentation.
Pretesting:
Pre and post installation testing will be conudcted to ensure successful staging of the live event and simultaenous streaming of audio and video elements to multiple designated locations. We ensure that all alternative teleconferencing capabilities are working and fully backed up.
Onsite training/orientation:
The MediaCast solution incorporates simple to use features and functionality and requires minimum learning to successfully conduct a webcast. We do, however, provide print and web-based training materials with step-by step instructions on how to prepare for the webcast, how to load player software and troubleshoot technical problems. We also offer information on effective presentation techniques.
We encourage clients to participate in a dress rehearsal before the live event.
Quality assurance Prior to the webcast we provide ongoing and extensive quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing. Quality assurance testing includes:

- Load and Performance Testing
- Browser Compatibility Testing
- Usability Testing
Monitoring all aspects of the webcast We will monitor the live event from start to finish, including the registrant login process and Q&A segments. We will take appropriate action to ensure a successful webcast.
Hotline for participants All participants will be provided with a hotline to call if they are experiencing any technical difficulties.
Event recording The event will be recorded for future use.
Removal of loaned equipment After the event we will remove all loaned equipment and packaging material from the host location.
Webcast archiving We provide webcast archiving, URL links and replay capabilities.
Reports and statistical information One week after the event, clients are provided with all administrative reports and statistical information needed to gauge the success of the webcast.
