The Workflow Management Module automates the workflow processes of your association. Tasks can be automatically assigned to your employees, with alerts being sent to their email or online workspace. Members can also be sent alerts, emails or faxes as part of the workflow process.

Intrafinity's Workflow Designer is integrated with Memberbuild's Workflow Module enabling you to create and configure your associations workflow processes to meet your particular needs.The Workflow Designer provides a drag and drop interface to design the most complicated business processes.  The workflow engine provides a wide range of possible workflow elements and capabilities such as:

User Tasks
User tasks allows an individual or a committee to make decisions and complete tasks within a workflow.

Decisions
Decisions can be modeled with the workflow designer and the workflow can be designed to act differently depending on decisions tha are made and other workflow factors.

Automated Tasks
The workflow engine allows you to specify automated tasks that are to be carried out at a particular point of the workflow process.  Example tasks include sending emails, faxes, or tieing into backend databases and web services.

Task review and approval
Accountability is enforced through audit trails.  Audit trails track task assignments, when tasks were started, when they were completed, what approvals were made, and by whom.
