The Content Management Module provides the tools that Extensions need to satisfy each stage of their content lifecycle. From creating content to its posting and ultimate archiving, Content Management Extension allows for complete process-driven control of content on the Extension website for non-technical users unfamiliar with HTML.

• Rich Text Editor
  The Content Management module provides a familiar and comprehensive rich text editor for content creation. It allows for the easy upload pictures and creation of tables in content pages. It also provides a "View HTML" option available for more technical website developers.
• Website Creation
  A wide range of Page types are available including: Content Pages, Events Sections, Press Sections, Login Pages, Sitemaps, and Search Pages. Templates can be utilized to ensure global consistency.
• Object Level Permissions
  The Content Management module provides a permission control structure to ensure that only the proper users have the ability to create, edit, and approve content.
• Multi-tiered Approval Processes
  The Content Management Module supports governance in the creation of pages and their ultimate approval for display in the Extension portal. Multiple approvers can be selected for posting to ensure that all stakeholders affected by a posting are involved in approving it.
• Version Control, Audit Trails and Archiving
  Different instances of the content are assigned a unique version identification to track any content changes. Audit trails and archiving help to uphold regulatory compliance, and trace sources of error.
• Knowledge Repository Integration
  Content created in Content Management Module integrates into the Knowledge Repository module.
