The Extension Server Solution provides a complete Customer Relationship Management module that includes service, marketing, and sales management to help Extensions maintain and cultivate customer relationships. It enables Extensions to more effectively reach new customers while improving service to traditional customers.

  • Campaign Management
    The CRM module helps extensions to conduct and manage campaigns to form partnerships with organizations and entities such as medical and business schools, businesses, community colleges,  nonprofit organizations, and other Extensions.
  • Leads Management
    This feature allows extensions to keep track of prospective partners, clients and customers, in order to continuously evaluate and improve the level and quality of service being offered to them.
  • Account Management
    The account management feature provides for the easy creation of accounts and helps enhance sales efficiency and customer relationships, promote knowledge sharing among Extension sales staff, and enable seamless support of accounts and prospects.
  • Contact Management
    The module also enables an Extension to keep track of detailed and organized contact information of customers and partners. 
  • Document Management
    Extension employees can share valuable data and information among themselves through digital workspaces. Data entered into the system is classified properly to make it easily understandable, and ensure that it is quickly referenced.
  • Reports Management
    The reports Management feature provides various reporting tools including graphs, pie and Gantt charts. Reports can also be exported to third-party software like Microsoft Excel.
  • Ticket Submission
    Customers can create tickets and have them assigned to support representatives automatically. They can also go through previously submitted tickets to track the progress of these submissions.
